Small fixed-price items — the Lite Build and the sessions — are paid up front; they're quick and the scope is published. Larger custom builds are 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Either way, the written spec defines the job: everything in it is included, and we rebuild until it matches, free, for 30 days after handover. Anything you think of after the spec is agreed isn't a problem — it's a change order, quoted separately before we touch it. The price you agreed to is the price you pay, and neither of us discovers a surprise at the end.
